About HVAC in Rimrock, AZ

Cooling equipment in Rimrock, AZ works under conditions most of the country never sees.

Pao Card works in attic temperatures well past 150 degrees, refrigerant lines running through that heat, and a cooling season that starts early and does not let go. Equipment here does not fail because it is old. It fails because it has been asked to do more than the specification assumed.

What we do

• Repair. Diagnosis first, because the causes here are specific. Capacitors fail early in sustained heat. Contactors pit and weld. Refrigerant charge drifts. Condenser coils pack with dust and stop rejecting heat, which raises head pressure and shortens compressor life.
• Replacement and installation. Sized by load calculation, with attention to where the ductwork runs. A system properly sized for the house can still underperform badly if its ducts are in an unconditioned attic and poorly insulated.
• Maintenance. Condenser cleaning matters more here than almost anywhere. A coil packed with dust makes the compressor work against pressure it was not designed for.
• Ductwork and insulation. Often the cheapest meaningful improvement available, and usually overlooked in favour of new equipment.

How we work

Written pricing before work starts. Technicians who show you the failed component. Honest answers on repair versus replace, including when the sensible move is repairing this season and planning a replacement for autumn.
